Customer Solutions Period in Industrial Battery

Inci GS Yuasa opened his Inci Battery Istanbul Technical Service Center on 3th May in Tuzla to offer more comprehensive solutions to industrial battery customers and to increase the service speed.

Inci GS Yuasa, the subsidiary of Inci Holding and GS Yuasa, the first to pioneer with his experience and knowledge established his department as a battery manufacturer, as a first in its sector, "Industrial Battery Customer Solutions" by developing After Sales Services.  As an extension of this department, in Inci Battery Istanbul Technical Service Center, which entered service in Tuzla, Istanbul on 3 May, after-sales maintenance, installation and follow-up of battery tracking systems, solutions to customers in the process of reducing operational costs will be presented.

Kadir Kaymakçı, Deputy General Manager of Inci GS Yuasa providing information about the new technical service center said that: "Their customers need a holistic solution, not just the product, that they will be able to intervene quickly and efficiently in the technical problems related to the industrial water supply with the service center opened in Istanbul within the Customer Solutions Department, technical training for battery maintenance and usage, periodical maintenance services, charge chamber installation services, installation and follow-up of the battery tracking system, follow-up of warranty returns, replacement parts, battery maintenance-repair and renewal services will be given in the service center."


In addition to İnci Battery customers who will benefit from the service provided by an expert technical team in its field, companies seeking solutions for industrial batteries and companies that need technical service other than warranty are also available.
