Customer Solutions Period in Industrial Battery

İnci GS Yuasa opens the İnci Battery Istanbul Technical Service Centre on 3 May in Tuzla in order to offer more comprehensive solutions to industrial battery customers, and to improve speed of service.

İnci GS Yuasa, a subsidiary of İnci Holding and GS Yuasa, a pioneering battery manufacturer with formidable experience and know-how, achieves another first in the industry: an after sales service named Industrial Battery Customer Solutions. The extension of this department, an İnci Battery Istanbul Technical Service Centre, was opened on 3 May in Tuzla, Istanbul to offer after sales maintenance, installation and follow-up of battery tracking systems, and customer solutions for reducing operational costs.

 

Providing information about the new technical service centre, Deputy General Manager of İnci GS Yuasa Kadir Kaymakçı said, ‘Customers need a complete solution, not just the product, in order to intervene quickly and efficiently in technical problems related to the industrial water supply. The Customer Solutions Department’s service centre opened in Istanbul will offer technical training for battery maintenance and usage, periodical maintenance services, charge chamber installation services, installation and follow-up of the battery tracking system, follow-up of warranty returns, replacement parts, battery maintenance-repair and renewal services.’

 

The expert technical team will not only serve İnci Akü customers, but also companies seeking solutions for industrial batteries, and out-of-warranty technical service.
